Rent online: Browse the website, select a piece, and rent it with easy accessibility and flexibility. Have it delivered in 3 to 5 days. Days of dispatch and return are not counted in your rental duration.

1. Can I rent a jacket or snow pants from Kosha just for a wedding or a short trip?

Absolutely! Kosha’s rental service is perfect for brief-term needs like winter weddings, journeys, or special occasions. You can rent for as few or as many days as wished, and most effectively, only the return day is counted in the rental duration, not the pickup day.

2. Is it hygienic to rent winter wear like jackets and snow pants?

Yes, hygiene is a top priority at Kosha. Every rented garment goes through a rigorous 14-point quality and cleanliness check, and is then dry-cleaned before and after every use. 

3. What happens if I return the jacket late?

If the jacket returns after the selected rental period, the late return charges will apply. Your return date is considered the last ticket day, so be sure to return it that day or before to avoid further fees.

4. Can I rent thermals or accessories like gloves and mufflers along with my jacket?

No, thermal and accessories are not available for rent. Since Merino wool thermals for women layers are worn closer to the skin, Kosha recommends investing in them for hygienic reasons. Similarly, accessories are not on rent, due to them being made of merino wool generally, which makes them prone to tears and wear.
