RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges and Returns

  • Eligibility Period: You are welcome to opt for an exchange or return for Store Credit within 7 days beginning from the time the product is delivered to you.
  • Condition of Item: Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, with the original tags intact and in the original packaging.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, socks are not eligible for return or exchange. Products purchased during a sale are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Short Shipment & Parcel Condition

  • Short Shipment: In the event of a missing item or incomplete delivery, an unpacking video showing the sealed package being opened is required as supporting documentation. This is necessary for us to coordinate with our courier partners and facilitate the shipment investigation.

  • Tampered Parcel: If your parcel appears to be tampered with, damaged, opened or resealed at the time of delivery, we request that you do not accept the shipment. Please refuse the delivery and inform our customer support team immediately so that we can assist you further.

Processing Returns and Refunds

  • Please send the products back to us at the return address given below. You can choose either an Exchange or Store Credit as per your preference.
  • We do not issue refunds (except as specifically noted below).
  • For all eligible returns, we will issue a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) being returned.
  • Store Credit Validity: Your Store Credit is valid until used and does not expire.
  • All refunds (Store Credit or monetary, where applicable) will be processed only after the product has been shipped back to us, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return criteria.

Refund Policy (Wrong Product Shipped)

  • If the wrong product has been shipped to you due to our error, we are happy to offer you the choice between:
  1. Receiving the correct product; OR
  2. Receiving a full monetary refund for the item(s).
  • This is the only circumstance in which we issue a refund.
