RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges and Returns

  • Eligibility Period: You are welcome to opt for an exchange or return for Store Credit within 15 days beginning from the time the product is delivered to you.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Purchases: For products purchased via Cash on Delivery, the return/exchange period is 7 days from the time the product is delivered.
  • Condition of Item: Items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Processing Returns and Refunds

  • Reverse pick-up can be arranged at a fee of INR 300/- per pick-up.
  • We do not issue refunds (except as specifically noted below).
  • For all eligible returns, we will issue a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) being returned.
  • Store Credit Validity: Your Store Credit is valid until used and does not expire.
  • All refunds (Store Credit or monetary, where applicable) will be processed only after the product has been shipped back to us, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return criteria.

Refund Policy (Wrong Product Shipped)

  • If the wrong product has been shipped to you due to our error, we are happy to offer you the choice between:
  1. Receiving the correct product; OR
  2. Receiving a full monetary refund for the item(s).
  • This is the only circumstance in which we issue a refund.

  • No Returns or Refunds: We cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind once your 11/11 order is placed.
  • This amazing sale pricing is valid only for the duration of the 11/11 event — November 10th, 10:00 PM to November 12th, 11:11 AM. No price adjustments will be made on previous or future orders.
