Yes, we try our best to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us. If you want to exchange it for a different size, color, or style, you can buy any product (except Cash on Delivery orders) in exchange for your previous order 15 days from the day the product reaches you. We will activate an exchange code for you once we receive the product from you in good condition with the product tag intact. For the products purchased via Cash on Delivery, the exchange period is 7 days.

In case the wrong product has been shipped to you, we are happy to refund your money if you don’t want the right one. For other cases, you are welcome to opt for an exchange within 15 days beginning from the time the product reaches you. For the products purchased via Cash on Delivery, the refund period is 7 days.

Refunds will be processed only after the product has been shipped back to us.
