Shipping policy

All products will be shipped within 12-24 hours of receiving the order.


Products to major cities in India like Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Gandhinagar, Cuttack, Lucknow, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Patna, Pune, Kolkata, Ranchi, Vadodara, Mumbai in India will be delivered within 3 to 6 days from date of shipping. In case of other locations, delivery can take up to 10 working days.


In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delays, etc deliveries may take longer.


SHIPPING COST

For all domestic shipments > INR 1000/-, we offer complimentary shipping. We retain the right to modify this policy based on business requirements.


CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to INR 15,000. For all COD orders, a 50% token advance payment is required before dispatch, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. Any purchases above INR 15,000/- would need to be converted to prepaid. Orders will only be processed once the required payment is received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Free shipping on orders over US$500. Orders under $500 will be charged a shipping fee of $50. We will send you a payment link for the shipping fees, once we receive your order.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during working hours. Standard shipping timelines differ by destination, but we try to process & fulfill them in 7 to 10 days.

For UAE orders,
All orders above AED 1500 free delivery
Less than AED 1500, 7 day delivery will be AED 100/- 
Express 3 day delivery is 150 AED

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated throughout its journey. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES:
We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping from India to your shipping destination could incur customs charges. We are working to improve this service as soon as possible.

SHIPPING CARRIER
To ensure products reach you quickly and in good condition we have partnered with ShipRocket delivery who finds the optimum way to deliver to your location. An email will be sent after the order is shipped with the tracking number and name of the shipping partner. Please visit the logistics website and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.


If the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at konnect@kosha.co or WhatsApp us at +91982099006, with your order reference number. We will ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
