Upon receiving the product in good condition with the intact product tag, we will issue an exchange code for your convenience. For Cash on Delivery orders, the exchange period is 7 days.

In the event of an incorrect product shipment, we are pleased to offer a refund if the correct item is not desired. For all other situations, you have the opportunity to opt for an exchange within 15 days from the product receipt date. The refund period for Cash on Delivery purchases is 7 days. Refunds will be initiated only after the product has been returned to us.
