➤ No. All Kosha rental jackets go through rigorous industrial-grade three-step sanitization and cleaning specifications upon every return including antibacterial steaming, waterproof layer inspection and functional quality assurance check.

➤ Each rental item is quality assured to ensure hygienic recycling every time it is rented.. Jackets are vacuum-packed and sealed after sterilization with a freshly cleaned tag for customer assurance. Kosha’s cleaning checklist is medical-grade and compliant with fabric care standards.

➤ Yes. Kosha uses a tailored sizing system with specific jacket measurements for Men and Women. Every product page has a detailed size chart and body guide. In case you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a layering room.

➤ Yes. We offer both Men’s and Women’s rental jackets designed for anatomical comfort, correct length, and layering space. Women’s jackets are fitted with shaped waists and sleeve placements.

➤ A minimum of 5 days or maximum of 30 days. Extensions are possible by prior request. Just select your dates on the rental page.

➤ Yes. Email us at support@kosha.co at least 24 hours before your end date to check availability and extend your rental period. Extra charges will be billed based on the duration.

➤ Late returns will incur a daily late fee, as stated in the rental terms. Please make sure to return or ship the garment back on the committed date to avoid penalties.

➤ After you've used the product, simply return it to a Kosha store or ship it back to Kosha using the return label you received when you rented your gear kit. The return label is prepaid.

➤ Minor wear is acceptable. However, irreparable damage, burns, or lost items may incur repair or replacement charges. We encourage customers to wear responsibly and avoid fire, oil stains, or tears.

➤ Currently, we only rent out outer layers (jackets and snow pants), as these are essential pieces of clothing that require careful hygiene and best durability. Thermals and accessories are urged to be purchased separately for your hygiene and fit purposes.

➤ Yes. Most of our jackets have either waterproof or water resistant membranes, depending on the model of course. Jackets like these are also made for snowfall, sleet, and light rain.  Specific product descriptions mention waterproof ratings and use cases.

➤ All jackets are shipped to you in sanitized, travel-friendly, reusable garment bags, to ensure delivery that is clean, simple and following Kosha's eco-friendly ethos. Unboxing instructions and a return checklist are included.

➤ Fittings are available at our Kosha Experience Stores in Mumbai. For online customers, our team assists with virtual size guidance via chat or email to ensure a near-perfect fit.

➤ Yes. A fully refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. This will vary depending on the duration of the rental and garment. The deposit is returned within 5-7 business days after the jacket has been returned, inspected, and has cleared our hygiene and any damage check. Any costs related to repairs or penalties (if applicable) will be deducted prior to being refunded.

➤ Yes. Kosha’s rental range has sizes XS to 2XL available but stock depends on the season, and we suggest you pre-book if you're ordering during peak traveling month.
