Pant Nagar is the closest airport which is about 178 km away. The nearest Railway Station is situated in Kathgodam which is about 141 km away. Kausani is well connected with other cities such as Almora, Ranikhet, Delhi, and many more through roads. The best time to visit Kausani is from September to May as the climate is very pleasant and breathtaking. One should avoid going during the rainy season as the surfaces are slippery and the chances of landslides are very high.
