This outlines the terms we agree upon when you rent a garment from Kosha Travel Wear. By renting from us, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

Parties Involved:

The Company: Kosha Travel Wear (referred to as "Kosha")

The Renter: As per the Order

1. The Garments You Are Renting:

You are renting the specific garment identified at the time of rental.

Styles: As per the Order

We confirm the garment is in good, dry cleaned condition when you receive it.

2. Your Rental Period:

• You choose a rental period of As per the Order
• Important: The day you collect the garment is NOT counted as a rental day. The day you return the garment IS counted as a rental day.
• Your return date is As per the Order

3. Rental Fees:

• The rental fee will be INR As per the Order
• The full rental fee includes the cost of dry cleaning the garment after every use.

4. Security Deposit:

You will provide a refundable Security Deposit for each garment rented, as per the table below:

This deposit is held by Kosha during the rental period.

The deposit can be paid via Gpay, UPI or Cash. Credit/Debit card payments are not accepted.

When you return the garment on time and in good condition (allowing for normal use), we will refund your Security Deposit within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellation of Rent Order

• Free cancellation 15 days before the start of the rental period.
• After that, 50% of the rental fee will be deducted.
• No cancellation after the order has been dispatched. In that case, the full rental fee will be deducted.

6. Taking Care of the Garment:

• You agree to take good care of the garment during your rental period.
• Use it responsibly for travel and outdoor activities as intended.
• Please do NOT attempt to wash or clean the garment yourself. We handle all cleaning after return.
• Do NOT make any alterations or modifications to the garment.

7. Returning the Garment:

• Please ensure that the rented garment is delivered back to Kosha Travel Wear on or before your rental end date.
• If you are returning the garment by courier, please dispatch it early enough to ensure it reaches us by the rental end date. Courier transit time is not considered part of the rental period, and late deliveries may incur additional rental charges.
• Please return the garment to: Waredepot, Gat No. 440, Katkewadi, Wagholi, Pune, Daund, Maharashtra, 412207, T: 9766110248
• Please return the garment in the same condition in which it was received.

Late Returns

• If you return the garment after the rental end date, a late fee of INR 100/- per day will apply.
• If the garment is returned more than 2 days after the rental end date, the late fee will be equivalent to an additional week's rental fee.
• Late fees will be deducted from your Security Deposit.
• If the garment is not returned within 15 days after the agreed return date, it will be considered as non-returned. In such cases, Kosha will treat the garment as sold, and the full Security Deposit will be adjusted against the value of the garment. No refund will be applicable.

8. Security Deposit & Garment Return Condition

All rented garments must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided, allowing for normal use during travel and outdoor wear.

Once the garment is returned, Kosha Travel Wear will inspect it to ensure it is suitable for future rentals and meets our quality and hygiene standards for future travellers.

• If the garment is returned in good, rentable condition, the Security Deposit will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
• If the garment is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for future rental due to damage, misuse, alteration, excessive staining, loss, or similar concerns, the Security Deposit will be forfeited.

This policy helps us maintain a consistent rental experience so that each traveler receives garments maintained to the same standards of quality, cleanliness, and performance.

9. Identification Information:

You may be required to provide identification when renting.

10. General Understanding:

This agreement is based on mutual trust and understanding for a smooth rental experience.

Acknowledgement and Agreement:

I have read and understand the terms outlined in this Kosha Travel Wear Rental Agreement. I agree to abide by these terms during my garment rental period.
