For all domestic shipments, excluding Cash on Delivery, we offer complimentary delivery of the product. We retain the right to modify this policy at our discretion; however, we endeavor to maintain it whenever possible.

Regarding International Shipping, orders exceeding US$500 qualify for free shipping, while those below will incur a $50 shipping fee. Upon receiving your order, we will provide a payment link for the applicable shipping charges. For orders within the UAE, delivery is free for purchases over AED 1500; otherwise, a fee of AED 100 applies for standard 7-day delivery, while an express 3-day delivery option is available for AED 150.

We strive to ensure your shopping experience with us is exceptional every time. Should you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, you have the option to make a new purchase (excluding Cash on Delivery orders) within 15 days from the date of product receipt. Upon receiving the product in good condition with the intact product tag, we will issue an exchange code for your convenience. For Cash on Delivery orders, the exchange period is 7 days.

In the event of an incorrect product shipment, we are pleased to offer a refund if the correct item is not desired. For all other situations, you have the opportunity to opt for an exchange within 15 days from the product receipt date. The refund period for Cash on Delivery purchases is 7 days. Refunds will be initiated only after the product has been returned to us.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, socks aren't eligible for return or exchange. Also the products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.
