2. How does the rental process work if I’m not based in Mumbai?

If you're not in Mumbai, you can still rent. Just go to Kosha's website. Pick what you want, hit the "Rent Now" button, and follow the steps to finish renting. Kosha will send your stuff right to your home. This makes it easy for anyone in India to use their service. 

3. Will I get my security deposit back after returning the jacket?

Yes, you'll receive a full refund of your security deposit, which equals the jacket's original price, after we subtract the rental fee. This happens if you bring back the jacket on schedule and in good shape. Keep in mind that any damage beyond normal use might lead to partial or complete deductions. We do a thorough check of the jacket once you return it.

4. What happens if I return the rented jacket late?

If you bring back the jacket after your scheduled return date, you'll have to pay a late fee. This fee equals one extra week's rental for any part of the overdue week. We'll take this fee out of your security deposit. To avoid these extra costs, it's a good idea to return your stuff on time.
